Pinocchio's nose grew bigger every time he lied
Your lips grow stiffer because of the love you cannot find
Who needs love right? That was your teenage motto
Didn't realise your search for true love began the day you said no
Now your ready for love, but your body is ready to quit
He is ready for marriage, honeymoon in a luxury suit.
The loneliness he experienced helped him focus on life
He thanks you for turning him down, now he has a beautiful wife
The hurt you made him experience is now helping his marriage
He thanks you for in his novel, you contributed a page.
The number of times that he has been let down, he thanks them all
As without learning from the pain, his kingdom would fall
Why were you more attracted to him when he was down?
Could it be because he was too much for you when he didn't have a frown?
He got tired of proving himself not to be what you thought he was
So he decided to prove you right from then on
And kept his self opinion,
Stoped convincing and kept looking for passion

They say love is Unconditional, it depends on whether it comes from women or above
They say love is faithful, then why are faithful people single?
They say love is patient, then why are people rushing to mingle?
They say love is unselfish. then why is the first word in I LOVE YOU an I?
They say love isn't greedy, try telling that to the needy
They say love is friendship, but who wants to ONLY be friends with someone they love?

So, am i a fool because I'm searching for love?
Am i a fool because i pray for guidance from above?
Am i a fool because i put others first
Am i a fool because my feelings hurt the worst?
Am i a fool because i refuse to have meaningless sex?
Am i a fool because I'm still friends with my ex?
Am i a fool because i wish to love again?
Am i a fool because i wish to love even after the pain?
Am i a fool for believing in happy endings?
Am i a fool for showing women i have feelings?
