FRIEND OR FOE

...For we all have our motives
Who can say, pure are his intentions?
For we all have a reason,
Who can say their aid has no condition?

If you claim your intentions are pure,
Why do your actions warn me to ignore?
If you speak foully about others when your with me,
Are you not karma's cupid, when I'm too blinded to see?

Am i to rely on you if the animal within you is unworthy of trust?
Am i to confide in you, for your desire for attention is vast?
Am i to believe you, for your lengths have no moral boundary?
Am i to count on you, if you count all the things you have done for me?

The tragic answer is no.
For what you are, is a Friendly Foe!
